At Town Centre in Eagan, MN, your furry friends can thrive too! With a welcoming atmosphere for up to two pets per unit, including cats and dogs, our community is designed for both comfort and joy. Enjoy spacious living and nearby parks—where every pet can happily play!
Dogs & Cats Welcome
Cats & dogs are welcome (max 2 pets per unit). Monthly pet rent: $40 per pet. Non‑refundable pet fee: $300 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $300 per pet. No weight limit, but breed restrictions apply. Caged pets (hamsters, birds, reptiles, ferrets, turtles, fish) allowed; tropical fish limited to a 20‑gallon tank. Maximum pet number and fees apply only to cats and dogs.
